Payment Policy

VENKATESHWARAA FINE GOLD PRIVATE LIMITED

This Payment Policy governs all transactions made through the VENKATESHWARAA FINE GOLD PRIVATE LIMITED mobile application (hereinafter referred to as “App”). By using the App and making payments, you agree to the terms set forth below.


1. Payment Methods

  • We accept payments via UPI, Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, and other authorised payment gateways as supported in the App.
  • All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Payments are handled only through secure, RBI-authorised third-party payment service providers (e.g., PhonePe).

2. Gold Savings and Purchase

  • Users can invest in gold through daily, weekly, or monthly savings plans.
  • Gold is allocated based on the real-time market rate at the time of successful payment.
  • A digital transaction receipt will be generated in the App after each successful payment.

3. Taxes and Charges

  • Applicable taxes such as GST, making charges, or transaction fees will be displayed before you confirm the payment.
  • Users are responsible for reviewing all charges before completing a transaction.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

4.1. Non-Refundable Transactions

  • Payments made for gold purchases or savings plan contributions are final and non-refundable, except in cases mentioned in 4.2.
  • No refunds for partial usage, plan changes, or accidental purchases.

4.2. Refunds Due to Failed or Duplicate Transactions

Refunds will be processed only in the following cases:

  1. Failed Transaction – Payment is debited from your account but not reflected in our system.
  2. Duplicate Payment – The same transaction is charged more than once.
  • The amount will be auto-refunded by the payment gateway within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • If not refunded within this period, contact support with transaction ID, date, and payment proof.

4.3. Gold Plan Cancellations

  • Gold savings plans can be closed at the user’s request, subject to the Gold Scheme Agreement.
  • Accumulated gold will be settled either via physical delivery (with applicable making & delivery charges) or as per our buyback policy at the prevailing market rate.

4.4. How to Request a Refund

  • Email: venkateshwaraafinegold@gmail.com or call 95143 72777 within 48 hours of the transaction.
  • Provide: Full name, registered mobile number, transaction ID, date, and payment method used.
  • Approved refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.

5. Payment Confirmation

  • On successful payment, you will receive a confirmation SMS/email and an update in your App dashboard.
  • Keep your transaction ID for future reference.

6. Payment Disputes

  • Report unauthorised or incorrect transactions within 48 hours of occurrence.
  • We may request transaction proof, user ID, and supporting evidence before investigation.

7. PAN Requirement

  • As per Income Tax Act Section 139A, submission of PAN Card is mandatory for transactions above ₹1,75,000.
  • Non-submission may result in delay or rejection of the transaction.
